Administrator (Site Office based Assistant Document Controller) £14p/h - £15p/h PAYE Bournemouth - Hospital Construction Site Office 08:00-16:00 Mondays to Fridays - 7.5 hours paid per day 5 months duration Free Parking RG Setsquare Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work as an Assistant Document Controller to join our client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor, on a 5-month Temporary basis in the Construction Site office at Bournemouth Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business working on this major construction project, where you'll play a key role in ensuring project documentation is managed efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities will be to Assist their Resident Document Controller to: Manage and maintain all project documentation. Ensure documents are correctly uploaded, distributed and archived. Liaise with project teams, clients, and subcontractors regarding document control. Maintain document registers and ensure compliance with company procedures. Support the project team with administrative and document management duties.About You The ideal candidate will ideally have: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel Confident using AI tools where appropriate Excellent minute-taking skills are essential Ability to take clear & accurate notes during meetings & produce high quality minutes thereafter. Confident touch typist Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
