Customer Service Coordinator 📍 Location: Stockport 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm 💷 Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and friendly team based in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills, a professional telephone manner, and previous administration or customer service experience. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer enquiries are handled efficiently while supporting the day-to-day administration of the office. Key Responsibilities: Answering and managing incoming telephone calls Handling a busy shared mailbox and responding to enquiries Accurately inputting data and maintaining company records Filing, scanning, and general office administration duties Preparing and processing paperwork and documentation Providing excellent customer service to clients and customers What We're Looking For: Previous administration and/or customer service experience Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Professional, friendly, and confident communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive and positive attitude Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential What's on Offer? ✅ Full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity ✅ Monday to Friday working hours ✅ Friendly and supportive working environment If you're organised, customer-focused, and looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
