We are seeking experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join a growing manufacturing team in Barton-upon-Humber. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment, supporting the maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of site machinery and equipment. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment. * Diagnose faults, troubleshoot breakdowns, and carry out repairs. * Work with PLC-controlled machinery to identify and resolve electrical faults. * Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. * Support continuous improvement initiatives across safety, processes, and technology. * Maintain accurate maintenance records using the Shire CMMS system. * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures. Shift Patterns Main Site (Rotating) * Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm * Week 2: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm Essential Requirements * Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. * Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification. * Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment. * PLC fault-finding and diagnostic experience. * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Good communication skills and a proactive approach. Desirable * Experience in FMCG, timber, woodworking, or high-volume manufacturing environments.
