Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our busy distribution centre in Brackmills, Northampton. The role involves working as part of a fast-paced logistics team ensuring goods are picked, moved, and prepared accurately and efficiently. You will primarily operate a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP), but the position will also involve manual handling and lifting of products as required. Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (up to 18:00) £15.21 per hour (after 18:00) Shift Pattern 1: 06:00 – 14:00, Sunday to Thursday Shift Pattern 2: 10:00 to 18:00, Thursday to Monday Key Responsibilities: ✅Operate LLOP equipment safely and efficiently. ✅Pick and move stock according to order requirements. ✅Load and unload goods within the warehouse environment. ✅Maintain accuracy in order picking and stock handling. ✅Follow health and safety procedures at all times. ✅Support general warehouse duties as needed. Requirements: ✅Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred. ✅Experience operating an LLOP ✅Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling. ✅Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
