Internal Sales Executive

We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join an established and forward-thinking logistics company in St Albans. Working in a close-knit team, the successful candidate will proactively build on and nurture existing client relationships to maximise the potential. Key responsibilities: * Maximises the potential of new and existing clients, principally through outbound verbal engagement. * Builds strong personal relationships with new and existing clients * Negotiates with clients and suppliers * Submits quotes and converts * Talking clients through the administrative requirements of shipping * Account management * Attends and participates in Sales meetings * Attends meetings via Teams or face to face if circumstances permit with key accounts What the client is looking for: * Customer service or operations experience * Experience of negotiating with clients and or suppliers * A Friendly telephone manner * An energetic, enthusiastic personality * Strong negotiating skills * Good attention to detail * A positive attitude and desire to succeed Red Door Recruitment is committed to encouraging equality, diversity, and inclusion among our workforce, and eliminating unlawful discrimination.
