Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Property Services Potters Bar | Office Based + Site Inspections | £70,000-£75,000 We're looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established property services contractor based in Potters Bar. This is a commercial role covering a range of residential property works, including voids, cladding and façade projects. CVR experience is essential, with Coin Accountancy experience highly desirable. The Role Commercial management of residential works from instruction through to completion. Manage budgets, forecasts, CVRs and overall commercial performance. Review subcontractor valuations, applications, variations and final accounts. Review scopes, specifications and pricing to ensure value for money. Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities. Work closely with operational and surveying teams to maintain cost and programme control. Undertake site inspections where required. Provide accurate commercial reporting to senior management. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor. Background within property services, social housing, maintenance or refurbishment. Experience across voids, cladding, facades or external refurbishment. Strong CVR and cost-control experience - essential. Good knowledge of valuations, variations, forecasting and final accounts. Strong commercial and stakeholder-management skills. Coin Accountancy experience desirable.
