Warehouse Operative

Industrial Recruitment Solutions Ltd (IRS) are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives / Container Unloaders to join a busy distribution company based at Prologis Park Midpoint, B76. This is a physically demanding, hands-on warehouse role involving unloading containers and preparing goods for storage and distribution. The Role * Manually unloading goods from containers * Loading and unloading deliveries * Moving stock around the warehouse * Sorting and organising incoming products * Palletising and preparing goods for storage * Checking goods for damage * General warehouse duties * Keeping the warehouse clean and organised * Following all site health and safety procedures Working Hours and Pay Available shifts: * 9:30am–4:00pm * 9:00am–5:30pm * £12.71 per hour The Ideal Candidate * Previous warehouse or container-unloading experience would be beneficial * Physically fit and comfortable carrying out repetitive manual handling * Reliable and punctual * Comfortable working within a busy warehouse * Able to work effectively as part of a team * Good attention to detail * A strong work ethic How to Apply To be considered for this position, please apply with an up-to-date CV, or call the team at IRS Dudley.
