Plant Hygiene Supervisor - CA2 £16.00 per hour 4 on, 4 off Shift Pattern | 10-Hour Shifts | Immediate Starts Available We are currently recruiting for a Plant Hygiene Supervisor to join a leading food manufacturing site based in CA2. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hygiene professional looking to take the next step in their career, leading a team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety and compliance across the production facility. Pay & Benefits £16.00 per hour Competitive salary Ongoing, long-term opportunity Full-time hours Training and development opportunities Immediate starts available Shift Pattern 4 on, 4 off rota 10-hour shifts Full-time position Key Responsibilities Supervising and supporting a team of Hygiene Operatives Ensuring all cleaning schedules are completed to the required standard Monitoring hygiene performance and maintaining food safety standards Conducting inspections and audits of production and plant areas Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures Training and mentoring hygiene team members Reporting any issues relating to hygiene, equipment or staffing Essential Requirements Candidates must have: Previous Supervisory, Team Leader or Chargehand experience Previous experience within Hygiene, Cleaning, Manufacturing or Food Production environments Knowledge of plant and production-line cleaning processes Strong leadership and communication skills Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Desirable Food manufacturing experience Experience completing hygiene documentation and audits Understanding of food safety and HACCP principles Apply Today RG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
