Quality & Customer Support Coordinator Location: Sittingbourne Salary: £28,000 Hours: Monday - Friday Contract: Permanent Huntress are recruiting for a Quality & Customer Support Coordinator to join a growing team based in Sittingbourne. This is a varied role that combines customer service, coordination, administration and quality support. You'll be dealing with customers, coordinating inspections, supporting internal teams and keeping systems and records up to date. What you'll be doing Acting as a key point of contact for customer queries by phone and email Coordinating inspections and supporting QC Inspectors with the information they need Managing inspection results and updating internal systems Raising and issuing non-conformance reports Arranging samples and parts for customers Supporting the External Sales team with customer information Producing regular reports and information for the wider business Helping coordinate new product launches Assisting with customer visits and quality projects Working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teamsWhat we're looking for We're open to people from a customer service, administration, coordination, manufacturing or quality background. You'll need to be organised, confident communicating with people and comfortable managing several tasks at once. Good IT skills and a strong eye for detail are important.
