Project Manager Construction Consultancy

A growing construction consultancy in Hertfordshire is looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join its established team. The successful Project Manager will work across an interesting mix of retail fit-out and property projects, providing hands-on project management support from initial planning through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys working closely with clients and wants greater responsibility within a supportive consultancy environment. The Project Manager will join a close-knit team delivering projects for a varied client base across the property sector. The consultancy is looking for a Project Manager who can confidently manage programmes, consultants, contractors and client relationships. The incoming Project Manager will have the opportunity to work across fast-paced fit-out schemes alongside wider refurbishment and property projects. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role. The Project Manager's role The Project Manager will manage projects through the full development lifecycle, supporting clients from early-stage planning and procurement through construction and handover. Responsibilities will include preparing programmes, coordinating design teams, managing contractors, chairing project meetings, monitoring progress, identifying risks and providing clear updates to clients.
