Welder - Ipswich £16.00 per hour | Monday-Thursday | 07:00-17:30 | Ongoing Work Are you an experienced Welder looking for a new opportunity with a well-established fabrication business? We're currently recruiting for a Welder to join a busy fabrication team based near Ipswich. The Role You'll be carrying out MIG welding on a variety of metal components and assemblies, working as part of a wider fabrication team. Your duties will include: Carrying out MIG welding on metal components and assemblies Preparing and positioning materials ready for welding Reading basic engineering drawings and work instructions Using welding equipment and hand tools safely Carrying out basic fabrication and finishing work Inspecting completed welds and reporting any defects Keeping the workshop clean and organised Following all Health & Safety procedures Supporting the wider fabrication team with general duties What We're Looking For Previous welding experience MIG welding experience Ability to follow basic engineering drawings and instructions Good attention to detail Reliable and hardworking attitude Comfortable working in a busy workshop environment What's On Offer? £16.00 per hour Ipswich Monday-Thursday 07:00-17:30 40 hours per week Ongoing work Safety boots required A full Health & Safety induction will be provided on your first day.
