Factory Operative - Witham, Essex Join a well-established manufacturing company in Witham, Essex, where you'll become part of a friendly, supportive team in a busy production environment. Your responsibilities of Factory Operative will include: Packing finished products accurately and efficiently Carrying out basic assembly work following instructions Operating production machinery (full training provided) Labelling products and preparing orders for dispatch Performing quality checks to maintain production standards Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets What We're Looking For Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packing role (preferred but not essential) A positive attitude and strong team-working skills Good reliability and timekeeping The ability to carry out manual handling tasks A willingness to learn and follow health and safety procedures Hours and Pay: Mon-Fri 07:30-16:30 Early finish every Friday Full-Time Weekly pay through Prime Appointments Ongoing temporary work with the opportunity to become long-term Free on-site parking Full training provided If you're ready to start your next Factory Operative role in Witham, Essex, we'd love to hear from you.
