Parts Advisor Porsche Specialist Garage/Full-Time/Monday-Friday We are a dedicated Porsche Specialist workshop known for precision, quality and genuine enthusiast expertise and we are looking for a Parts Advisor to join our team. About the Role As our Parts Advisor, you will be the vital link between our workshop, our customers and our suppliers - ensuring the right parts arrive at the right time to keep our technicians working efficiently and our customers Porsches on the road. Key responsibilities * Source, order and manage genuine and OEM equivalent parts for a full range of Porsche models * Liase with technicians daily to identify parts requirements from job cards and diagnostics * Build and maintain relationships with Porsche dealerships, specialist suppliers and parts distributors * Manage stock levels, min/max inventory and core returns * Provide accurate quotes to customers and the service team * Process puchase order, invoices and warranty claims * Keep parts records and workshop management systems up to date * Advise Customers on parts availability, pricing and lead times with clarity and professionalism What we are looking for * Previous experience preferable * Strong knowledge of Porsche models is highly desirable - enthusiasts encouraged to apply * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail * Confident communicator * IT literate * A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment What we offer * Competitve salary * Opportunity to earn more * Monday - Friday working * 30 days holidays (including bank holidays) * Opportunity to work with some of the finest cars on the road * A supportive, knowledgeable team in a specialist environment If you are passionate about Porsche and take pride in getting things exactly right, we would love to hear from you.
