Freelance / Associate Tutor Location: Greater Lincolnshire Salary: £125 per day Employment Type: Freelance / Associate About the Client Simon Acres Group LTD are representing a well-established provider of adult skills and vocational training programmes. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced tutors to support the delivery of high-quality training and recognised qualifications to adult learners across Greater Lincolnshire. About the Role This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to deliver engaging and inclusive adult education across a range of vocational areas, supporting learners to achieve their qualifications and progress. Tutors may be engaged to deliver in one or more of the following areas: Health & Social Care – Entry Level 3 Certificate Hospitality – Entry Level 3 and Level 1 Award Construction & Health & Safety Delivery will primarily be face-to-face across Greater Lincolnshire, with some opportunities for blended and online learning. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment to adult learners. Plan and deliver engaging vocational training sessions. Adapt teaching to meet individual learner needs. Conduct initial and diagnostic assessments where required. Monitor learner progress and provide appropriate feedback and support. Complete assessment and marking in line with awarding organisation requirements. Maintain accurate learner, attendance, assessment and compliance records. Support blended and online learning using agreed digital platforms. Work collaboratively with operational and engagement teams to maximise learner attendance, retention and achievement. Contribute to curriculum planning and development of learning resources. Embed employability, English, maths, digital skills, safeguarding, Prevent and equality, diversity and inclusion within delivery where appropriate. Attend relevant standardisation, quality assurance, CPD and team meetings. Communicate learner progress, concerns and delivery issues to the relevant Contract Lead. Requirements / Skills: Recognised teaching/training qualification at Level 3 or above , or equivalent. Relevant occupational qualification and/or demonstrable occupational competence in Health & Social Care, Hospitality, Construction or Health & Safety . Current knowledge and experience within your specialist vocational area. Previous experience delivering training or learning to adult learners. Experience delivering accredited qualifications. Understanding of awarding organisation and quality requirements. Experience maintaining accurate learner, assessment and compliance records. Strong communication, organisation and learner-support skills. Flexibility to deliver across Greater Lincolnshire. What’s on Offer: £125 per day Flexible freelance / associate working arrangements.
