FM Contract (Wimbledon)

FM Contract Support Location: Wimbledon, London Salary: £35,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm   Are you an experienced FM Contract Support professional looking for your next opportunity within a leading facilities management company?   We are currently recruiting for an FM Contract Support to join a leading FM provider, working from a modern corporate office building in Wimbledon.   This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous CAFM and facilities management experience who is looking to develop their career within a well-established organisation, with plenty of opportunities for further progression and development.   The Role You will provide administrative and operational support across hard FM contracts, working closely with engineers, contract management and the wider facilities management team to ensure the smooth running of the contract.   Key Responsibilities: Providing day-to-day contract support to the FM team Using CAFM systems to manage and track maintenance activities Supporting the coordination of PPM and reactive maintenance Raising and managing work orders and purchase orders Assisting with reports, documentation and general contract administration Liaising with engineers, clients, contractors and suppliers Supporting the Contract Manager with the smooth delivery of FM services Ensuring records and CAFM information are kept accurate and up to date   About You: The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in FM Contract Support, Contract Administration or a similar FM role Previous CAFM experience is essential Good understanding of facilities management and hard services Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent communication skills and attention to detail A proactive approach and ability to manage multiple tasks   What's On Offer? £35,000 per annum Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm Office-based role in a modern corporate environment Based in Wimbledon Working for a leading FM company Excellent opportunities for career progression and development Opportunity to build a long-term career within the FM industry   If you're an experienced FM Contract Support professional with CAFM experience and are looking for a role with a company that genuinely offers progression, this could be an excellent opportunity for you
