Welder/Fabricator Near Attleborough, Norfolk Up to £15 per hour (Depending on Experience) Temporary for 4 Weeks with Potential Extension Part-Time | 25 Hours per Week We're currently recruiting for a Welder/Fabricator to join a friendly, small manufacturing team based near Attleborough. This is a flexible part-time position offering 25 hours per week, with the client happy to work around your availability. Hours must be worked between Monday and Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, but can be spread across 3 days, 5 days, or another arrangement that suits both parties. This role could also be an excellent opportunity for a Level 2 Welding Apprentice (or above) looking to gain practical workshop experience. If you've completed, or are currently completing, a welding apprenticeship and are confident with MIG welding, we'd be interested in hearing from you. Duties will include: * MIG welding 3mm mild steel * Grinding and finishing welded products * Assisting with the preparation of products before powder coating * Lifting and handling products safely * Packing finished goods ready for despatch What we're looking for: * Previous MIG welding experience * Experience working with mild steel * Ability to use grinding and finishing equipment * Comfortable undertaking a variety of workshop and production duties * Flexible, reliable and able to work as part of a small team * Good attention to detail and quality standards * Level 2 Welding Apprentices (or above) are encouraged to apply What's on offer? * Flexible working pattern to fit around your commitments * Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience * Small, supportive team environment * Temporary assignment for an initial 4 weeks with the possibility of extension * Site visit available as part of the interview process so you can see the role and working environment before making a decision If you're an experienced welder who enjoys varied workshop duties and is looking for flexible hours, we'd love to hear from you.
