As a Health & Safety Adviser in the industrial sector, you'll be responsible for helping managers and teams understand risk, improve controls and maintain strong compliance with UK health and safety legislation, company standards and recognised management systems. Client Details Our client is a resource recovery and environmental services business, operating across the UK and Ireland. Description Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and standards. Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions. Lead incident investigations and implement preventative measures. Provide training and guidance to staff on health and safety practices. Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all safety activities. Liaise with external bodies and regulators as required.Profile A successful Health & Safety should Advisor have: Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations within the industrial sector. Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures. Proven ability to manage incident investigations and drive improvements. Excellent communication and training skills. A relevant health and safety qualification or certification. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Job Offer Salary range of £50,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
