Maintenance Supervisor 📍 Brownhills 💰 £25,000 - £32,000 DOE + Company Van & Benefits Our client is a leading landscaping contractor working with major residential housebuilders across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Maintenance Supervisor to lead their grounds maintenance team based in Brownhills. This is a hands-on supervisory role overseeing a team of approximately six maintenance operatives responsible for the upkeep of external landscaped areas on residential developments. Duties will include managing day-to-day operations covering grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting maintenance, weed control and general grounds upkeep while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and motivate a team of maintenance operatives Plan and coordinate daily maintenance schedules Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met Conduct site visits and oversee ongoing maintenance works Manage health & safety compliance across all sites Support and develop team performance Requirements: Experience within grounds maintenance, landscaping or horticulture Previous supervisory or team leader experience Strong organisational and communication skills Full UK driving licence Ability to lead by example and maintain high standards This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business with a strong reputation in the new build housing sector, offering stability, progression and a supportive working environment
