As a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer in Birmingham, you'll provide technical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the professional services industry. Description Provide 2nd line technical support, resolving user issues efficiently. Manage and maintain IT systems, ensuring uptime and performance. Collaborate with other teams to implement technology improvements. Assist with hardware and software installations and updates. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively. Document technical processes and solutions for team reference. Support end-users with queries and technical challenges. Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.Profile A successful 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer should have: Proven experience in a similar IT support role.
