Electrical Site Manager (Construction Manager) Location: Central London Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + Travel, Bonus, Private Healthcare & Excellent Benefits Overview An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Site Manager (Construction Manager) to join a leading MEP contractor delivering high-profile commercial fit-out projects across Central London. The company has secured a strong pipeline of projects and is looking to appoint multiple Electrical Site Managers to oversee the successful delivery of complex M&E installations from start to completion. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day delivery of electrical works on commercial fit-out projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and within budget. Monitor quality standards and ensure all installations meet client specifications. Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and the wider construction team. Carry out site inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. Manage labour resources and materials effectively. Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates. Resolve site issues efficiently to maintain programme deadlines. Support commissioning and project handover activities. Requirements Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Electrical Construction Manager. Strong background delivering commercial fit-out projects. Stable employment history, ideally averaging 1–2 years or more with previous employers. Excellent knowledge of electrical installations within commercial environments. Strong leadership and communication skills. Good understanding of current health & safety regulations. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate site activities.
