We’re looking for ambitious ex-athletes to join our partners in Executive Search as aspiring Recruitment Consultants. No recruitment experience is required. Our partners provide the training, tools and coaching - you bring the mentality. Executive Search is fast-paced, competitive and relationship-driven. You’ll work with businesses to identify and attract high-calibre professionals for senior and specialist positions, build relationships with candidates and clients, negotiate opportunities and develop into a trusted advisor within your chosen market. --- Why Ex-Athletes? Recruitment experience is not required.
