We’re looking for ambitious ex-athletes to join our Medical Technology & Engineering Recruitment team as Recruitment Consultants. No recruitment experience is required. We’ll provide the training, tools and coaching — you bring the mentality. Recruitment is fast-paced, target-driven and relationship-focused. You’ll connect talented professionals with innovative companies across the medical technology and engineering sectors, while developing your own specialist market expertise. Why Ex-Athletes? The Role You’ll be responsible for: * Building relationships with candidates and clients across medical technology and engineering. * Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates. * Developing your own network within your specialist market. * Managing the recruitment process from start to finish. * Understanding clients’ hiring needs and delivering the right talent. * Negotiating salaries and managing offers. * Developing new business opportunities. * Working towards individual and team targets. * Becoming a specialist within your chosen market. What We’re Looking For * A background in competitive sport — professional, semi-professional, university or academy level. * Ambition and a strong desire to succeed commercially. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A competitive, resilient and target-driven mindset. * A willingness to learn, take coaching and constantly improve. * A positive, proactive approach. Recruitment experience is not required.
