Part Time Packing Operative Aspired Talent are recruiting for a Part-Time Packer to join a busy operation in Salford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking flexibility around their working hours. The successful candidate can choose suitable working hours within the company’s day shift, Monday to Friday, completing 25 hours per week. Job Details Location: Salford Pay rate: £12.75 per hour Hours: 25 hours per week Days: Monday to Friday Shift: Flexible hours within the day shift Contract: Long-term ongoing work Potential for full-time hours in the future, subject to business requirements Key Responsibilities Packing bulk products accurately and efficiently Checking orders against the required specifications Ensuring the correct quantities and products are packed Labelling and preparing completed orders for distribution Sorting products into the correct dispatch areas Inspecting packaging and reporting any defects or discrepancies Maintaining accurate order and packing documentation Following quality, health and safety procedures Keeping the work area clean, safe and organised Supporting other general warehouse duties when required The Ideal Candidate Has previous packing, production or warehouse experience Demonstrates excellent attention to detail Can follow order specifications and written instructions accurately Is reliable, punctual and comfortable completing repetitive tasks Works efficiently both independently and as part of a team Is comfortable with manual handling and working in a busy environment This role offers consistent, long-term work with flexible daytime hours and the possibility of increasing to full-time hours as the business grows.
