NEW PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEER JOB IN NEWTOWN. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Support Engineer to join a well established global engineering business based in Newtown. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to develop their career in a technical customer facing environment, as well as an excellent opportunity for recent Electrical or Electronics Engineering graduates looking to gain valuable hands on experience within a global engineering organisation. Working closely with R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing and Technical Support teams, you will provide technical support across a global customer and partner network, while also contributing to product testing, firmware releases, field investigations and new product development. Responsibilities as an Product Support Engineer in Newtown. * Provide proactive and reactive technical support for Control Techniques products. * Investigate and resolve complex technical and field issues. * Work closely with R&D on product hardware and firmware development and testing. * Provide feedback to Product Management on product issues, improvements and new requirements. * Develop technical documentation, user guides and training materials. * Act as an interface between Manufacturing, Design, Product Management and the wider global support network. * Support conferences, exhibitions and customer visits both in the UK and internationally.
