Carpenter Multi Trade

Join a well-established property maintenance contractor on a permanent contract working across Northamptonshire. As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you'll be part of a busy day-to-day repairs team, carrying out carpentry and minor multi-trade works in domestic properties. I'd love to hear from anyone who has worked as a Carpenter, Joiner, or Multi Trade Operative. As a Carpenter Multi Trade, you will be: • Completing 2nd fix carpentry and joinery • Carrying out 2nd fix plumbing • Completing patch plastering • Carrying out tiling • Working on day-to-day repairs I'd love to speak to anyone who has: • A recognised carpentry qualification • Experience as a Carpenter or Joiner • Experience with 2nd fix carpentry • Multi-trade experience including plumbing, plastering, and tiling • A full UK driving licence • Experience in social housing or property maintenance is desirable The Carpenter Multi Trade role is offering: • £35,500 per year • Permanent employment • Company van and fuel card • Day-to-day repairs work • Work across Northamptonshire Location & travel This role is based across Northamptonshire.
