Engineering Manager 📍 Rotherham, South Yorkshire Ready to take ownership of a site's engineering function and make a real impact? We're partnering with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to drive reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across a critical production facility. This role would suit an engineering leader from a pharmaceutical, biotech, FMCG, or regulated manufacturing environment who enjoys managing high-performing teams, improving asset reliability, and leading engineering strategy.
