EYFS Teaching Assistant Location: Blackpool Start Date: ASAP Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-3:30pm Contract: Temporary until December 2026 (with potential to become permanent This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic individual to support children in the Early Years at a crucial stage of their development, within a welcoming and supportive school environment. The Role: Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day EYFS provision Working with small groups and individual pupils Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing Assisting with personal care where required Helping to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environmentThe Ideal Candidate Will: Have experience working within an EYFS setting (school or nursery) Be patient, caring, and enthusiastic Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework Be able to work well as part of a team Hold relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)The role is temporary until December 2026, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
