We're thrilled to offer an exciting position for our client based in Oxfordshire who are looking to appoint two ASB Officers for the 4 months ongoing, at the rate of £29.28 per hour umbrella This is a Hybrid Role of being in the office 1/2 times per week based in Greenham whilst the other days will be visits or working from home and a car driver is needed Job responsibilities You will be accountable for delivering a tenure blind, professional, pro-active, visable, high quality, customer-centric service addressing ingrained anti-social behaviour & delivering tenancy success through resolution & enforcement s across a locality. Working alongside colleagues to achieve our priorities you will commit wholeheartedly to this journey we have embarked upon to create a truly customer focused culture. You will be responsible for maintaining high data quality in our customer systems. Ensure that data is held centrally for full transparency and that suitable contract arrangements are in place for the continued management all compliance elements within your defined areas. You will be working with other Locality teams and related Customer functions to deliver services to an agreed area and set of standards which will need collaboration and co-operation between all teams.
