We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our Projects Department. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of civil and marine engineering projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the delivery of civil and marine engineering projects from inception to completion * Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality requirements * Administer and manage contracts in accordance with NEC (New Engineering Contract) forms * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, site personnel, subcontractors, and stakeholders * Manage project risks, opportunities, and change control processes * Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to senior management * Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company in a professional manner About You * Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline * Strong working knowledge and practical experience of NEC contracts * Demonstrable ability to deliver projects successfully from start to finish * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills * Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Full UK driving licence (if required) * UK National * Capable of obtaining Security Clearence Desirable * Chartered or working towards professional accreditation (e.g. ICE, APM) * Experience of marine infrastructure, coastal works, or offshore projects * Knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK construction standards
