Lead FM Helpdesk Assistant

Derby 💰 Circa £30,000 DOE + Package 🕒 Full Time | Permanent | Office Based Elite Hire Solutions are looking for an experienced Lead FM Helpdesk Assistant to join a busy Facilities Management company based in Derby. This is a full-time, office-based role and would suit someone who has worked within Facilities Management and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Role You'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of a busy helpdesk, making sure jobs are logged, scheduled and completed on time while providing excellent customer service. Duties will include: * Logging reactive, planned and quoted works onto the CAFM system. * Scheduling engineers and subcontractors. * Monitoring jobs to ensure SLA targets are met. * Updating clients on the progress of their jobs. * Liaising with engineers, clients and suppliers. * Uploading job sheets and completion paperwork. * Chasing outstanding jobs and subcontractors. * Managing emails and answering customer queries. * Supporting the management team when required. What we're looking for * Previous Facilities Management helpdesk or FM administration experience. * Strong administration and organisational skills. * Experience using a CAFM system (Coins experience is an advantage but not essential). * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Able to work well under pressure and manage a busy workload. What's on offer? * Circa £30,000 depending on experience. * Company package. * Permanent, full-time position. * Office-based role in Derby. * Immediate start available for the right person.
