Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire Salary/Benefits: £25k - £40k DOE + Training & Benefits We are currently recruiting for a reputable privately owned Water Hygiene Company seeking a diligent Legionella Risk Assessor to join them in the South Yorkshire region. Applicants will need the City and Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessments or equivalent with experience undertaking schematic drawings, offering technical knowledge to clients and carrying out legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold systems. Applicants will be considered from the around South Yorkshire such as: Rotherham, Mexborough, Doncaster, Dronfield, Worksop, Retford, Chesterfield, Mansfield, Matlock, Bakewell, Buxton, Manchester, Oldham, Barnsley, Wakefield, Pontefract, Huddersfield, Thorne, Garforth, Bradford, Shipley Experience / Qualifications: * Holding the City and Guilds / WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessment * Technical knowledge of HSG 274 / ACoP L8 guidelines * Good IT skills, able to produce reports & schematic drawings * Well rounded experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor * Providing bespoke consultancy services to clients * Hardworking individual wanting to train and develop The Role: * Undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot & cold systems and other process systems * Using schematic drawings to ensure risk assessments are carried out correctly * Maintaining positive working relationships with clients * Travelling as per company requirements * Being a key contact for clients, answering any technical queries as well as providing updates on services and handling any on-site issues * Completing routine water sampling and temperature monitoring Alternative job titles: Water Hygiene Assessor, Water Risk Assessor, Legionella Consultant, Water Hygiene Consultant, Environmental Consultant, Environmental Risk Assessor.
