Operations & Lifting Manager

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking an Operations & Lifting Manager to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, temporary basis for up to 3 months. Main Responsibilities: * Oversee the management of the lifting division, including supervising core engineers, office staff, and operations. * Monitor and manage the division manager's emails and ensure all communications are handled promptly. * Understand and streamline division processes to maintain efficiency and effectiveness. * Coordinate with lifting engineers who perform loading expansions and other field operations. * Oversee the buying and selling of lifting equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Person Specification: * Proven experience in lifting operations, ideally within a similar industry. * Familiarity with LOLER regulations and their application in a practical environment. * Experience in managing a team and overseeing operational processes. * Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. * Health and Safety awareness; NEBOSH certification is advantageous but not essential. Working Hours: * Full-time, 42.5 hours per week * 08:30-17:00
