This is an excellent role for a Sous Chef looking to develop their skills and progress their career within a prestigious hospitality environment. What's involved? Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen Leading and motivating the brigade during service Preparing and delivering dishes to an exceptional standard Assisting with the development and execution of seasonal menus Training, mentoring and supporting junior members of the brigade Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and health & safety Managing stock control and minimising waste Ensuring consistency and excellence throughout every service Supporting the kitchen team in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation Sound like the role for you?
