Our Manufacturing client in Chichester is looking for x2 Manufacturing Operatives to join their growing and busy production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career within a well-established manufacturing environment, with the potential to secure a permanent position. No specific manufacturing experience is required. If you're hands-on, reliable, and eager to learn, full training can be provided. Key Responsibilities: * Assembling products using basic hand tools * Working within a busy manufacturing environment * Completing basic production paperwork and records * Handling and moving components when required (lifting equipment provided) * Maintaining high standards of quality and safety What We're Looking For: * A positive attitude and strong work ethic * Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or hands-on experience would be advantageous but is not essential * Willingness to learn and develop new skills * Location: Chichester * Payrate: £13.40 per hour * Shift: Monday – Thursday: 07:00 – 16:30 | Friday: 07:00 – 11:00 * Type: Temp - Perm or Temp If you're based in or around the Chichester area and are looking for a fantastic opportunity to join a growing engineering business, please apply and we will be in touch
