Nursery Practitioners – Unqualified & Level 2 Location: London, E4 9QS Job Types: Full-time / Part-time / Temporary / Permanent Salary: Competitive rates, depending on experience About the Role We are recruiting enthusiastic and caring Nursery Practitioners to join an Early Years setting in the E4 9QS area. We have opportunities for both Unqualified Nursery Practitioners looking to start or develop their childcare career and Level 2 Qualified Nursery Practitioners seeking their next opportunity. You will help provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children aged 0–5 years can learn, develop and thrive. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and support to children. Support learning and development through play and age-appropriate activities. Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, toileting and personal care. Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. Support children’s social, emotional and educational development. Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming nursery environment. Follow EYFS, safeguarding and health & safety procedures. Work effectively as part of the nursery team. Unqualified Practitioners No formal childcare qualification is required. A genuine passion for working with children. Caring, patient and reliable. Previous childcare experience is desirable but not essential. Willingness to learn and develop within Early Years. Level 2 Practitioners Recognised Level 2 Early Years/Childcare qualification or equivalent. Previous nursery or Early Years experience. Understanding of the EYFS framework.
