Reed Engineering are partnering with a leading manufacturing business to recruit an experienced Engineering Project Manager. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for delivering capital investment and continuous improvement projects across a busy production site, supporting long-term growth, operational performance, and automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead capital and site improvement projects from concept through to completion. Manage project specifications, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover activities. Support the development and delivery of the site's long-term capital investment plan. Monitor project budgets, forecasts, reporting, and ROI performance. Manage supplier and contractor relationships, including tendering and commercial negotiations. Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Drive automation, efficiency improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives. Identify and mitigate operational, technical, and financial project risks. Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, Health & Safety standards, and company procedures. Coordinate project implementation within a live manufacturing environment. Support engineering asset improvement and continuous improvement programmes. Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Continuous Improvement Provide recommendations on project scope, costs, delivery methods, and investment opportunities.This is an excellent opportunity to join a manufacturing business and play a key role in driving operational improvement projects.
