Job Title: Press Brake Setter Operator Location: Leicester Shift: Days, Monday to Thursday 6am to 6pm Pay: up to £15.00 per hour Benefits: Free on-site parking Overtime available Progression opportunitiesThe Company: A well-established and expanding fabrication business is entering an exciting period of growth and is now looking to strengthen its production team with an experienced Press Brake Setter Operator. The Role: We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Setter Operator to join a busy and fast-paced fabrication environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating press brake machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities: Set and operate press brake machines Read and interpret engineering drawings Select and change tooling as required Carry out quality checks on finished components Produce one-off and batch work to specification Work efficiently to production targets and deadlines Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and housekeeping Support continuous improvement within the departmentAbout You: Previous experience as a Press Brake Setter Operator Confident setting and operating press brake machinery Able to read and interpret technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality standards Reliable, hardworking, and proactive attitude Good understanding of Health & Safety in manufacturing Able to work independently and as part of a teamHow to Apply: To apply for the Press Brake Setter Operator position, click Apply Now and upload your CV.
