Paint Sprayer

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established accident repair centre in Rochdale for the position of Vehicle Paint Sprayer. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join a modern, high-quality facility that values craftsmanship, staff development, and employee well-being. The successful Vehicle Paint Sprayer will benefit from a highly competitive package, including a pay rate of £21–£23 per hour with potential earnings up to £59,800 annually. There are opportunities for salary increases following a successful probation period. Duties of the Vehicle Paint Sprayer include: Preparing, priming, masking, and painting vehicles to a high standard Accurately colour matching panels to the original finish Applying paint correctly to achieve professional results Inspecting completed work and polishing where required Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment Following PPE and RPE procedures Collaborating closely with colleagues within a busy repair team Ensuring all work adheres to quality and insurance standardsThe ideal Vehicle Paint Sprayer will possess: At least 3 years’ experience in vehicle painting, preferably within an accident repair environment Strong knowledge of vehicle preparation, paint processes, and finishing techniques Excellent attention to detail and pride in high-quality work Ability to carry out full painting and finishing processes Strong time management skills to meet deadlines Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop A positive attitude and excellent team-working skills Relevant qualifications are advantageousIf you are a skilled Vehicle Paint Sprayer seeking a role with a reputable company offering extensive employee benefits and career development opportunities, this position is ideal for you.
