This could be exactly what you're looking for. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join an established company based in the Cambridgeshire area. The role is predominantly domestic air conditioning installation and maintenance, with work kept very local across Cambridge and the surrounding areas. Travel is minimal, with most sites within around 45 minutes even on a bad day, meaning you can spend less time travelling and more time doing the job. The Role Installing and maintaining domestic air conditioning systems Carrying out servicing, repairs and fault finding Working independently while representing the company professionally Completing relevant paperwork and job reports Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service What's on Offer £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary, depending on experience No call-out rota No mandatory weekend work Company van with private use 33 days holiday Very localised work with minimal travel Predominantly domestic installation and maintenance Stable, long-term position with an established company About You The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within air conditioning, particularly with domestic AC installation and maintenance. You should be confident working independently, dealing directly with customers and completing work to a high standard. Relevant qualifications such as F-Gas and/or an NVQ in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning would be advantageous.
