Industrial Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for MIG Welders for their manufacturing Client in the Smethwick area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure an ongoing role within a fast-paced and well-established production environment. Hours: * Monday to Friday * 07:00 – 16:00 * 41.25 hours per week Pay Rate: * £30,030 Starting salary * Earning potential of up to £59,000 + on piece work once perm Job Duties: * Basic MIG welding duties within a production environment * Carrying out simple tack welding work * Working from basic instructions and production targets * Ensuring welds are completed to the required standard * General production and manufacturing duties where required * Keeping the work area clean and tidy Requirements: * Previous MIG welding experience is required * Must be confident carrying out basic tack welding * Able to work in a fast-paced production environment * Good timekeeping and attendance * Able to work as part of a team * 3 positions available Application Instructions: If interested, please apply below, or call a member of our team at IRS Dudley Industrial Recruitment Solutions (IRS) is acting as an Employment Business for the purposes of this job advertisement.
