Packing Operative Location: L34 Pay Rate: £12.71ph Shifts: 7am-7pm / 7pm- 7am (2 day shifts, 2 night shifts) Days: 4-on-4-off Job Summary As a Packing Operative, you will work on a fast-paced production line ensuring products are checked, packed, and prepared to the required standards. This role involves repetitive tasks and would suit someone who is comfortable with routine, hands-on work. Responsibilities * Working on a production line packing finished products into boxes * Carrying out visual quality checks on items * Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch * Following packing specifications and work instructions * Maintaining a clean and organised work area * Supporting other general production duties as required * Working as part of a team to meet daily targets * Adhering to all health and safety procedures Requirements * Previous packing or production experience (preferred but not essential) * Good attention to detail * Ability to perform repetitive tasks * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic * Able to work in a fast-paced environment * Positive attitude and team player If you are passionate about production processes and possess the skills required for this role, we encourage you to apply and become an integral part of our team!
