Machine Operator – Moulding Location: Liphook, Hampshire Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: Monday–Thursday 07:30–17:30, Friday 07:30–12:15 Salary: £12.83 – £14.24 per hour (depending on experience) We're recruiting Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturing business near Liphook. This is a hands-on production role operating moulding machinery and helping deliver quality product to customer standards. Full training is provided, and there's genuine scope to become multi-skilled across the site. Multiple positions are available. What you'll be doing: Operating moulding press machinery, running products to documented settings and specifications Running multiple machines and monitoring the quality of your own output Finishing, assembling, inspecting and packing product to customer standards Carrying out re-work where needed and reporting any non-conforming product Completing manufacturing paperwork accurately to maintain batch traceability Reporting any equipment faults and keeping a clean, safe work area What we're looking for: Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment Able to read and follow written work instructions and drawings Good manual dexterity for operating machinery Reliable, self-motivated and a team player Solid standards of literacy and numeracy On offer: * Permanent, full-time role with a stable, established manufacturer * A Monday-to-Friday shift with an early finish on Fridays * £12.83 – £14.24 per hour depending on experience * Full training and the chance to multi-skill across the site Getting here: Own transport recommended; the site is easily reached by car via the A325 and A3, and is within commuting distance of Farnham, Aldershot, Alton, Petersfield, Liphook and Haslemere.
