You’ll work alongside an experienced production team where good knife skills, accuracy and efficient working make a genuine difference.   What’s in it for you Potential earnings of up to £18.50 per hour, depending on your skill level and experience Overtime paid at time and a half during peak periods Permanent, full-time employment with consistent weekday work Monday to Friday working pattern with no regular weekend shifts stated An established processing environment handling approximately 500 beef quarters each day Potential sponsorship transfer support for eligible Skilled Worker Visa holders already working in the UK, subject to individual eligibility and employer requirements  Your responsibilities as Experienced Beef Boner Bone and break down beef quarters and primals efficiently to production requirements Trim meat accurately to the required customer and product specifications Maintain strong yield while protecting product quality and minimising waste Use knives and processing equipment safely throughout the working day Meet production expectations within a fast-paced processing environment Work effectively alongside the wider production team to maintain consistent output  What we’re looking for in Experienced Beef Boners Previous hands-on work within beef processing or meat production Strong practical knife, boning and trimming skills Experience working confidently with beef quarters and primals Good understanding of meat quality, specification and yield Existing Right to Work in the UK, including suitable applicants currently working under the Skilled Worker Visa route  Working hours: Monday to Friday, typically 6:00am to approximately 4:30pm.
