Site Engineer - HS2 Project - South Portal £400 per day (Inside IR35) via Umbrella/PAYE 3-4 Month Contract We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Engineer to join a major HS2 infrastructure project on a 3-4 month contract. This role will suit a hands-on engineer with strong setting out experience and a solid understanding of permit controls and buried services. Key Responsibilities: Setting out and surveying for ongoing civil engineering works Raising and managing Permits to Dig Undertaking and interpreting CAT & Genny scans Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with specifications Maintaining site records, QA documentation and as-built information Liaising with site management and subcontractors Requirements: Proven experience working as a Site Engineer on civil engineering or infrastructure projects CAT & Genny Trained Experience raising and managing Permits to Dig Strong setting out skills using Leica, Trimble or similar equipment CSCS Card HS2, rail, highways, utilities or major project experience desirable Package: £400 per day Inside IR35 (Umbrella/PAYE) 3-4 month initial contract Immediate start available Opportunity to work on one of the UK's largest infrastructure projects If you're available immediately and have the required CAT & Genny, permit and setting out experience, we'd like to hear from you
