PASMA Operative / Labourer Pencoed | 3 Weeks | Monday to Friday | 7:30am-5pm | Immediate Start Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a PASMA Operative / Labourer to work on a commercial building project in Pencoed. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, erecting and dismantling temporary towers, with general labouring duties required during quieter periods. What We Offer 3 weeks' work. Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5pm. Immediate start available. Opportunity to work on an established commercial construction project. Support from Acorn by Synergie's Construction team. Key Duties Inspect temporary towers before use. Erect and dismantle temporary towers safely and correctly. Carry out general labouring duties on site during quieter periods. Follow all site Health & Safety procedures and instructions. Maintain a safe and tidy working environment. Requirements Valid PASMA Card. Valid CSCS Card. Previous experience working on commercial construction projects. Full PPE. Two recent construction-based work references. Reliable and safety-conscious approach to work. Interested?
