CNC Operator – Radcliffe - Temp to Perm Aspired Talent is recruiting experienced CNC Operators for a highly efficient and well-organised manufacturing facility in Radcliffe. The role involves operating CNC machinery within a busy factory producing high-quality doorsets. Previous CNC experience is required, with experience working with either metal or wood particularly beneficial. Key Responsibilities Setting and operating CNC machinery Manufacturing components for doorsets Loading materials and monitoring machine performance Completing quality checks on finished products Reading job specifications and following production instructions Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workspace Working efficiently to meet production targets Reporting faults or quality issues promptly Hours Monday to Thursday: 7:30am–5:00pm Friday: 07:30am–2:00pm Pay and Benefits £16.00 - £18.50ph - DOE Weekly pay 12-week temporary-to-permanent opportunity Permanent contract available following successful completion of 12 weeks Consistent working hours Efficient, organised and supportive working environment Applicants should have previous CNC operating experience and a reliable, quality-focused approach to work
