Customer Service Advisor - Telephone Based Location: Leeds, LS9 Pay Rate/Salary: £28,800pa Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term Contract, perm opportunity thereafter Start Date: ASAP - interviewing immediately Our client, a well-established and highly respected business based in Leeds, is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and supportive team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong customer service experience who is looking to join a professional organisation with an excellent reputation and a positive working environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, providing effective support, and ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times within a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities: * Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email * Providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently * Updating internal systems with customer details and notes * Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth resolutions * Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times * Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks where required The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Previous experience within a customer service or office-based role * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office * The ability to work both independently and as part of a team * A positive and proactive attitude What's On Offer: * Competitive pay rate of £13.45 per hour * Monday to Friday working hours with no weekends * Immediate start available * Opportunity to gain experience within a reputable business * Supportive team environment Candidates must be available to start ASAP.
