Position: Home Manager Location: Ware, Hertfordshire Salary: £50,000 per annum + Excellent added benefits! Hours: Full time Career Makers are partnering with a well-established care provider in the South who are looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead a small nursing home in the heart of Ware. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and supportive care team, with strong senior support and ongoing development opportunities. You will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring smooth operations and consistently high standards of care.
