HOUSING OFFICER – SOUTH HAMS / PLYMOUTH 📍 Plymouth & South Hams 💷 £20.75ph 🕐 37 hours | Mon–Fri 📅 1 month initially – potentially longer 📅 ASAP start / interview We’re looking for an experienced Housing Officer to manage a patch across Plymouth & South Hams. You’ll be responsible for: • Tenancy & housing management • Customer queries and tenancy enquiries • Tenancy sign-ups & viewings • Tenancy breaches & safeguarding • Estate/community standards • Resident engagement • Working with internal teams & external partners Essential: ✅ Social housing experience ✅ Tenancy, estate & housing management experience ✅ CIH Level 4 or willing to work towards ✅ Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle ✅ Strong customer service & organisational skills ✅ Basic DBS required ✅ Right to work in the UK for the full contract 📞 Call Carol – (phone number removed) Closing date: 6th September 2026
