Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor – Permanent Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package Location: Taunton / South West Pro Staff are working with an established construction contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. The company delivers a diverse range of new build, refurbishment and maintenance projects across the South West and South Wales, working within commercial, education, healthcare, leisure sectors. The Role: * Managing the commercial aspects of projects from start through to final account * Subcontractor procurement, management and payments * Cost reporting, valuations and variations * Preparing and agreeing final accounts * Working closely with Contracts Managers and site teams * Maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors The Candidate: * Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a main contractor environment * Experience across refurbishment and/or new build projects * Strong commercial and contractual knowledge * Good communication and negotiation skills * Able to manage multiple projects effectively If you are interested in this role, please contact Pro Staff Construction
